Needle and Mink Tattoos is located in the Sola Salon Suites in Reston, VA in room 12.
(Before we expanded, we were in room 7!)
The door to the Sola is between the five guys and CVS.
Go inside Sola, then go up the stairs and it will be on the second floor!
Suite 12 is on the right hand corner of the hallway.
